So Urban Arts Festival was awesome. We had kind of a slow morning, but business took off in the latter half of the day and I even got interviewed and put on the news. Pretty sweet! The new booth set-up turned out fabulous and I can't wait for Craft Lake City.
In the meantime, I wanted to announce my collaboration with author/client/friend Jade Hart, who is putting her connections and expertise to incredible new use by opening her own self-publishing superstore company, Black Firefly. Its aim is to offer any and every kind of support an author needs for her journey into the world of self-publishing: editing, design, promotion, whatever. And I'm proud to be one of the artists working with Black Firefly clients to help make their books fly off the shelves.
Give it a look at blackfirefly.com! If you know anyone looking to publish, they'll get everything they need to succeed here. There are also job openings for proofreaders, cover artists, etc. if you're looking for a gig.
I'm making a few premade covers to offer to BF clients, which I may end up posting here.
